It is also important for employees to understand the factors that are part of an effective, diverse workforce
This cultural way of communication endeavours to bring anthropology and establishes area of communication. Its core idea is to establish and understand how people from different cultures communicate with each other. It also aims at producing some guidelines with which people from different cultures can better communicate with each other. The following article describes the effective means of cross cultural communication, problems faced in intercultural communication and the methodology of solving the issues raised in Cross-cultural communication
